……………..

One year ago, I could barely finish five minutes of yoga without feeling like I had the flu. I wanted to die.

Ask me about my super duper healthy eating plan and I’ll tell you it’s a a large part of why I’ve come so far.

“How Deep the Hollow”

I held on to this #painting for awhile before I decided it was good enough to frame. I tucked it into corners, stacked it with empty canvases, concealed it among other paintings and hid it in chests. But, it kept coming out. The colors and depth blow me away and I can’t believe it’s my own creation. From the depths of despair it emerged. It also inspired a series of 8 tree paintings. I believe she’ll stick around awhile longer. On a wall… somewhere. “How Deep the Hollow” #acrylic on #canvas
