Chronic Pain: Setting Goals

First of all, I cried through most of this video.

Second of all, I want my body back man!

*Write down three of your favorite interests, three activities you enjoy and three responsibilities.
*Rank them by importance.
*Take the top three and figure out how you will be able to do one within a months time without causing any additional pain.
*Go!
Mine: Shower daily, cook dinner daily and walk 3 miles daily like grandma does.
